was born and received some gift by the Wise men.
2-What is the central/primary purpose of the story?
The central
purpose of the gift of the Magi is to give a gift on Christmas each other, the
husband to his wife and the wife to her husband.
3- Is the purpose important or meaningful?

Yes it is.
This is a story which taught us how to take of someone who we love. It shows
that is not important a gift, the most important thing is how much you love a
person and how you demonstrate it. This couple just wanted the best each other,
however they just sold the most important object that they had in order to buy
something important for the person that they loved.
4- How essential is the setting to the story? I think that is very essential because it teach us how to be with a person
who we want to demonstrate how much we love.
5-Would you recommend this story to a friend? Of course, I already did it. This is very useful.
